About the role As a Sales Ambassador, you’re responsible for building and maintaining relationships with guests, by promoting and selling our product, ensuring guest experience satisfaction and driving profitability. Your goal is fun, engaging interactions with visitors in Las Vegas and converting them into Flyover Guests. We are looking for vibrant, upbeat, result driven, team-based individuals to add to our team! What you'll do Develop an understanding of what Flyover is, demonstrate and explain what we offer to guests to accurately answer questions about the Flyover experience and product. Represent our brand positively in all interactions with guests by upholding our company values and mission in every guest experience. Engage with potential guests to introduce our product. Actively engage with tourists and locals on the Las Vegas Strip, promoting and selling tickets. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction Be available to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, major events, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business and guests Contribute to building a respectful environment where safety comes first. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required. Hand out promotional materials to potential guests Engage with community members throughout Las Vegas as part of our experiential marketing program Provide support to guests on how to book tickets through our website and/or via QR Codes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Las Vegas entertainment offerings, including show schedules, venue information, and special events Be an ambassador for Flyover Las Vegas and the city of Las Vegas Other duties as required Ideal Experience and Behaviors 2+ years’ experience in the tourism/hospitality industry Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a face-to-face environment A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a commitment to achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals. Bilingual is a plus Outstanding guest service skills and passion for hospitality. Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrate a calm demeanor in a bustling environment. Must be self-motivated, have high energy, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Comfortable and engaging and initiating conversation when speaking with guests. Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and Holidays. Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time, indoors and outdoors, year-round. Work conditions may include a smoky environment, working evening shifts, or working outside in various extreme noise and/or weather conditions. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required to complete all sales transactions. Knowledge of the Las Vegas entertainment scene is a plus. Qualifications Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and Holidays Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary Extensive knowledge about Las Vegas and local area Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry is an asset Public speaking experience preferred At Flyover, we value a strong team built on respect and professionalism.
