We are innovative, concrete, proactive, and above all, focused on the business effect of our actions. In the Sales Department, we primarily focus on customer acquisition. We use a variety of contact channels for this, ranging from stationary sales, i.e., telemarketing, to Sales Representatives. We are responsible for, among other things, finalizing the sales process, caring for customers, and building long-term relationships with them. An important part of our work is market analysis and ongoing monitoring of competitor activities. Job Description Responsibilities: Simulating the effects of business decisions (business cases). Volume and price forecasting (data modeling). Quantifying and evaluating the effects of implementing initiatives (new products, commercial programs) on sales results. Presenting analysis results along with recommendations for business owners. Ongoing monitoring of KPIs. Preparing cyclical reports and ad hoc statements. Visualizing results using BI tools (Power BI). Qualifications You have a higher education in economics, mathematics, engineering, or statistics. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a position related to data analysis and using BI tools and relational databases. You are passionate about working with data, analyzing it, and finding answers to posed questions within it, and you have practical experience in this area. You handle large amounts of data exceptionally well and can independently conduct an analytical process – identifying the problem, analyzing the cause, tracking trends, detecting dependencies. Responsibilities
