QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficient understanding of fixed income credit products and the broader financial market environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is preferred in order to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Hong Kong

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our Fixed Income Institutional Sales team. The successful candidate should possess a sound understanding of fixed income markets and cover institutional accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, private banks and family offices.
  • Distribute fixed income products (primary and secondary) to institutional clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including DCM, syndicate, trading and structuring to facilitate primary and secondary market credit transactions.
  • Proactively assist in onboarding new counterparties and expanding sales coverage to European and Middle Eastern clients.
  • Keep abreast of financial market developments, prepare market commentaries, respond to client inquiries and assist with trade bookings.
  • Arrange and coordinate client meetings, support investor roadshows and other business activities.Prepare regular business reports for senior management.
