SALES ANALYST - MISSISSAUGA, ON

We are currently looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in Mississauga. This role works closely with the Sales Team to assist with the preparation of quotes and ensure accuracy of sales order entry. This role includes maintaining database information and providing administrative support for all departments. The Sales Analyst provides support for trade shows and promotional items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of related work experience and order entry experience and/or training preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field an asset

    - High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc sales reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in ERP and CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Verify and process incoming purchase orders; ensure order data is complete and accurate.
  • Generate order acknowledgments and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Track and follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external sales inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, marketing information, and RSM territory maps.
  • Support sales operations by producing and distributing the Product Book and related materials.
  • Conduct periodic audits to confirm data integrity across systems.
  • Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams by acting as a backup for related roles as needed.

    - Develop, document, and improve internal processes and procedures for efficiency.
