As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Sales Analyst. The Sales Analyst will support the Sales and Marketing Team by translating data into actionable insights. This role is primarily focused on Sales Operations, with analytics serving as an enabler to support territory strategy, field execution, and commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, business-minded, and interested in the commercial and sales operations side of the organization – including territory analysis, targeting, goal setting, KPI reporting, incentive compensation support, and performance reporting. Responsibilities Manage and use all data and data sources used to advance sales effectiveness. This includes the relevant synthesis of data from Salesforce.com, IQVIA, Claims data, and other sources of information to ensure a complete picture of the business. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and external vendors, applying strong project management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and data alignment across Sales Operations initiatives. Manage data extraction requests from the data warehouse, including ad hoc and recurring needs, by leveraging SQL to pull data from multiple sources and using Power BI and/or Tableau to automate reporting outputs into Excel and PowerPoint, improving efficiency, consistency, and data quality across Sales Operations reporting and KPI measurement. Own the delivery of recurring (monthly) Sales Operations reporting for Marketing and Leadership, ensuring insights are actionable, timely, and aligned to commercial execution priorities. Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive actionable insights and informed decision making. Determine appropriate insights and field intelligence to assess opportunities for executive leadership, senior sales, marketing, and managed care. Support Sales Operations and Commercial Analytics initiatives, including territory alignment, HCP segmentation, targeting, opportunity analysis and goal setting. Develop/conducts presentations to articulate analytic results and recommend courses of action based on insights. Support incentive compensation (IC) analysis, performance tracking, and payout validation as needed. Serve as a thought partner to commercial team by balancing analytical rigor with practical business applications. Qualifications Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, lookups, structured models, and presentation-ready outputs used to support Sales Operations and field execution. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, including querying data warehouses, validating outputs, and supporting ad hoc and recurring reporting needs. Experience leveraging business intelligence tools (Power BI and/or Tableau) to automate reporting, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across Sales Operations deliverables. Working knowledge of commercial and industry data sources (e.g., prescription claims, CRM outputs, targeting and territory data) with an emphasis on practical business applications. Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and validation practices, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting used for KPI measurement and performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing recurring reporting cycles with ad hoc analyses and evolving business needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on streamlining processes and increasing efficiency through automation. Effective communicator and collaborator, able to partner cross-functionally and with external vendors to drive alignment and deliver results Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing or a related field. Demonstrated experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or business reporting, with hands-on use of Excel, SQL, and reporting or BI tools in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
