As a Sales Analyst Intern supporting Alcon’s Surgical Sales Team, you will be trusted to analyze sales performance data and manage agent commission processes to ensure accurate reporting and strategic insights.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with sales agents and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate commission calculations, invoice approvals, and payment processing.
  • Extracting, verifying, and analyzing sales data from data warehouses to track performance by product type and account.
  • Providing monthly sales reports and ad-hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making and sales strategy.
  • Monitoring and tracking agent commissions, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with finance, credit, and accounting teams to address data inconsistencies, payment issues, and system improvements.
