Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a Sales Analyst, who will support business development and sales operations by driving lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement across international markets. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset to support revenue growth and long-term client relationships. Employment Type: Full-time employment Responsibilities Support international business development and sales activities Generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into opportunities and business cases Engage with internal stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements Develop technical and commercial proposals with stakeholder support Manage assigned accounts and support customer success activities Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management Execute sales outreach efforts across multiple channels Conduct market research and suggest sales alignment strategies Analyze customer behavior and provide actionable insights Track technology trends and competitive market dynamics Participate in sales process optimization initiatives Manage end-to-end sales cycles using CRM tools Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Maintain a strong customer-focused approach Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field) Upto 4 years of experience in related field.
