Isn’t that beautiful? #LI-RD1 Role Purpose The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the commercial team. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support brand growth, retail excellence, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance Analysis · Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across brands, channels, and accounts · Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities · Provide insights on achievement vs. targets and recommend corrective actions 2. Reporting & Dashboards · Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management and brand teams · Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all sales data · Automate reports where possible to improve efficiency 3. Business Insights & Recommendations · Translate data into actionable insights to support commercial strategies · Identify key drivers of sales performance (e.g., promotions, seasonality, product mix) · Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to recommend improvements · Evaluate performance across different channels (e.g., department stores, e-commerce, standalone boutiques) · Analyze effectiveness of promotions, campaigns, and activations · Support account-specific analysis for key retail partners · Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting 4. Data Management & Systems · Maintain and validate sales databases and reporting tools · Ensure proper data hygiene and alignment across all retailers · Work with regional teams on reporting standards and tools 5. Sales Admin and Event/project Management · Distribution and monitoring of store sanitary supplies · Monitoring of Retail enrollments of product, promotion and price · Corporate/Boardroom Sale · Other Sales Admin task support needed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or commercial analytics Experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty industry is an advantage Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
