The impact you’ll make: * Provide analysis and interpretation of internal and external market data, highlight any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase the organization's profitability. * Conduct necessary analysis and provide interpretation and insights to business development management (BDM) and sales management. Generate reports and scorecards for the management, BDM, commercial, and sales teams. * Track new products, promotions, and special products and provides reporting to management. * Build customer centric knowledge by managing relationship and network within the different divisions and groups, including but not limited to the strategy and category management teams * Build customer and retail intelligence and maintain / analyze survey data from field and street teams * Aid in the development of the Monster Energy Sales Team through training of Salient, Margin Minder, Nielsen and VIP Reporting. * Monitor execution of programs specific to sales at a BU level and communicates at the BU level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives * Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to include but not limited to Dashboard reports, costing reports, store listing, Sales bonus tracking, etc. and as post as required * Manage communication at the business unit (BU) level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives. * Assist in developing and preparing Sales Presentations, utilizing fact-based data from multiple sources and present ideas internally and externally as needed. Who you are: * Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study * Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales or analytics in beverage, Consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related field * Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales in a retail, wholesaler or distributor environment * Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI * Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
