Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for Field Force Analysis & Performance Optimization Track and evaluate field force activities, providing data-driven insights to enhance retail execution, optimize in-store visibility, and improve sales efficiency.
  • You will lead our Category Management & Market Insights Analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and competitor activity to develop strategic recommendations that drive category growth and strengthen HOLY’s retail positioning.
  • You own our Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans by analyzing historical data, market trends, and promotional impact to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
  • You create Sales Reporting & Data Visualization Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate key sales trends, performance metrics, and opportunities to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
