SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for analyzing sales performance across teams, regions, and channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. This role supports data-driven decision-making through forecasting, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and strategic reporting for executive and front line sales teams.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business, or financial analysis role preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or consumer sales environments.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and sales operations practices.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SQL or data querying experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), with experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze sales performance data across teams, regions, and channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for executive and front line teams.
  • Support sales forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning processes.
  • Support budgeting and planning processes with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align insights with business goals.
  • Monitor sales funnel health and conversion rates to assess rep effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Assist in the evaluation of incentive programs and compensation structure performance.
  • Segment customer data to identify high-value customer groups and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Analyze customer churn and retention to support loyalty programs and win-back initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
