Description

The Sales Analyst will support Senior Portfolio Consultants with deep analysis and consulting on advisor portfolios covering an array of topics regarding portfolio construction, investment research and Vanguard’s investment philosophy. The Sales Analyst will also respond to ad-hoc client requests from Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • CFA, CIMA, or Graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Strategizes directly with sales professionals and/or sales managers to inform and promote the sales strategy and growth objectives. Anticipates and identifies client needs. Analyzes prospect opportunities using complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Researches prospects and conducts market research and analysis of competitors. Develops an in-depth understanding of capital markets, asset management, and the financial services industry.
  • Interprets, analyzes, organizes, and presents sales data to leaders to enable informed decision making and optimize sales activities and growth objectives.
  • May partner with crew focused on RFP/RFI engagements to provide accurate and understandable sales data.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
