Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Walmart and Sam’s Club team in Bentonville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the Scintilla Charter platform. This role requires proficiency in Excel for data manipulation/analysis and prefer experience with Power BI. Responsibilities: * Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. * Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth * Track and analyze key retail metrics such as POS sales, inventory, in-stock, modular performance, and promotional lift * Develop and maintain recurring reporting to track KPIs and business performance  * Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. * Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations. * Collaborate with sales teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes. * Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. * Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes based on historical sales data. * Support sales team: line reviews, customer meetings, sample coordination, Walmart YBM/Holiday meetings. * Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments. Requirements:              • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business is preferred.              • Proven Sales Analyst experience or similar role with CPG company, Sales Broker, or Walmart. * Experience with Retail Link and Scintilla Charter (Channel Performance, Shopper Behavior, Customer Perception modules). * Sam’s Club Madrid experience a plus.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and preferably VBA.              • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of CPG sales processes and working with Walmart Merchant Teams. 
Responsibilities
The Sales Analyst will analyze sales data and retail metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for the Walmart and Sam's Club teams. They will develop recurring reports, create Power BI dashboards, and support sales teams during line reviews and customer meetings.
