POSITION: PART-TIME TEMPORARY SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE (MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE)

Location: Wise Villa Winery, Lincoln, CA
Duration: October 2025 – February 2026 (approx.)
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Reports To: President

Overview: Wise Villa Winery is seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated individual to temporarily join our team during a maternity leave period. This part-time position will support both sales and marketing operations, playing a vital role in maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts, coordinating offsite demo operations, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (wine industry experience a plus)
• Proficiency in email marketing tools, Facebook, and Instagram
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of wine and winery operations preferred
