If you enjoy working closely with a variety of clients and doing basic administrative tasks within a busy, hard working, friendly team, this role could be ideal for you.
We are an industry leading boutique importer and wholesaler of premium stationery and lifestyle goods, to bookstores, gift stores, galleries and museums and boutiques.

This new position involves a great mix of daily tasks:

  • Customer support - this is the main focus of the role… making phone calls to our many retailers, discussing their business and providing them with product information and ordering assistance, plus helping to onboard new clients
  • Sales team support - providing basic reporting, helping with orders and supplying various forms of information
  • Assisting with finding new retail clients via web trawling and other i.t. based methodology
  • Administrative support for our Head Office leadership team of 6… one-off reports, managing office supplies, handling occasional supplier enquiries, produce and shipping samples to clients and sales people, etc

We anticipate about 50% of your time will be spent on phone calls, so your personality fit with our premium brand is critical. We are a positive, passionate and professional team with a great working environment and a commitment to ongoing growth.
You must live within 10km of our warehouse/office in Artarmon.
