ABOUT THE ROLE:

YOOCHA MATCHA® is a dynamic matcha supplier for 800 + cafes & speciality coffee shops across GCC. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to play a key role in fostering positive client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the sales team in the GCC.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing any product-related or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking all sales activities.
  • Overseeing client order fulfilment, handling order processing, payment coordination, delivery tracking, and post-purchase client support.
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales reports, monitoring key metrics like orders, revenue, and new clients.
  • Managing the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assisting the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
