JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales and Admin Support Representative to join our dynamic handmade furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to the CEO and our management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
You must thrive in a customer focussed environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a sales or admin support role is essential
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or furniture sales is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • A proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach
  • A will to succeed, do the job well and always do the right thing is essential
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
