Responsibilities

THIS IS AN INTERESTING AND VARIED ROLE WHICH WILL DRAW ON YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ADMIN AND SALES SKILLS AS YOU:-

  • respond to the needs of existing customers
  • handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
  • liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs
  • sign up customers, take payments and update customer records
  • ensure customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support
  • take an active interest in securing new customers
  • be the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED A RANGE OF PRACTICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDING:-

  • Fast accurate typing
  • Flawless written and spoken English
  • A clear, confident telephone manner
  • Strong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our client’s CRM software
  • Although not essential, a background in real estate or property will be very highly regarded.
