Olympia Cannabis is a retail cannabis store based in Carleton Place with stores located in Smiths Falls, Westport, Perth, Merrickville, Tweed, Madoc, Marmora, Vernon, Chesterville and Ottawa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations and Administrative Assistant will support the president and general managers of a growing retail business through a variety of tasks related to retail sales, office administration and operations management. The chosen candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively organize the sales and administrative operations of multiple stores with excellent communication skills in a busy retail environment.

REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of one year experience in an office, retail, or related environment
· Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent communication skills to receive and triage incoming calls, emails with staff, customers, and suppliers
·Cansell certification
·Valid driver’s license
Salary negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
