What is this role about? The Sales and After Sales Coordinator - Head Office manages end-to-end coordination of sales transactions from reservation to unit release and registration, while also facilitating aftersales support, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth customer experience and transaction completion. What will YOU do? Coordinate and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and operational data for the satellite office Monitor and manage sales transactions from reservation, documentation, unit release, and registration to ensure complete and compliant processing Coordinate with head office, North Luzon branches, and relevant stakeholders for sales requirements, updates, approvals, and unit release processing Ensure proper tracking and completion of customer sales orders, including release documentation and turnover requirements Coordinate and facilitate unit release requirements, including documentation, registration processing, and completion of pre-release checks Coordinate with Service Advisors and Aftersales teams for customer concerns, service requirements, and post-release support of units Receive log, and route customer feedback related to sales transactions, documentation, delivery experience, and aftersales concerns Recommend service-related or technical issues to appropriate teams for proper resolution and escalation Maintain organized records of sales files, customer documents, registration records, and aftersales coordination logs Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the satellite office and continuity of customer support What will YOU need?
