QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 years relevant experiences as mechanical or hydraulic engineer preferably with CAD design experience.
3. Related experience in a multi-national company will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with key decision makers at all levels across a diverse range of countries.
5. Willing to work in fast pace environment.
6. Hands-on, willing to learn and proactive.
7. Able to communicate effectively with our internal departments in China is a requirement.
8. Lubrication system sales and application experience is preferred, but is not necessarily a must.
9. Willing to travel

1. Responsible for market research, business development and development of business plan to achieve sales goals in the region.
2. Provide all level of sales and technical support, including training, pre-sales technical support, system design and post sales installation, commissioning and on-site training for end-users and distributors.
3. Assist in distributor management and sales support.
4. Work with internal department to prepare technical proposal and specification, CAD schematic drawings, bill of materials and related technical documentation.
5. Be responsible for marketing, digital marketing and all social media marketing functions.
6. Verify product quality issues and customer complaints.
7. Travel regionally is essential to provide sales and application support for all internal and external parties.
8. Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion.
