We’re now looking for a Sales and Business Admin Apprentice to join our friendly, growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and eager to learn the ropes of both sales support and business administration in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Sales and Business Admin Apprentice, you’ll have a varied role supporting both our sales and operations teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business administration, customer relationship management, and sales outreach, all while working towards a recognised qualification.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assisting with lead generation and outreach to potential clients
  • Supporting sales calls and preparing proposals/quotes
  • Managing incoming enquiries via email, phone, and our website
  • Keeping CRM systems (Pipedrive) up to date with accurate client information
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Preparing reports and tracking sales performance data
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
  • Helping with social media posting and other basic marketing tasks (training provided)
