The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in converting inbound and outbound Dubai-based leads into active clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands how to position digital marketing services, and is skilled at managing and nurturing client relationships in the UAE market.
KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
1–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative services environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing offerings (SEO, social media, branding, performance campaigns, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience dealing with clients from Dubai or the Middle East preferred.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Flexible with working hours to align with Gulf Time Zone
Handle and qualify leads from Dubai and the UAE through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and CRM. Respond promptly to inquiries, assess requirements, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Conduct discovery calls with potential clients, understand their business goals, and confidently pitch Red Realm’s digital marketing services including branding, performance marketing, web design, content creation, and more.
Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and service decks. Address client queries and objections effectively and convert leads into retained clients or project-based partnerships.
Stay informed about business trends, competitive agencies, and client expectations within the Dubai/UAE market. Use insights to fine-tune sales conversations and improve service positioning.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM system. Share weekly reports with the management team detailing pipeline status, conversions, and challenges.
Work closely with Red Realm’s design, strategy, and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, briefing, and project delivery for newly acquired clients.
