Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients: Sales and Business Development Executive Company Industry: Architecture and Interior Design Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. - Manage incoming online leads by promptly contacting potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and following up to successfully close deals. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and account management. - Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to represent the company and attract new clients. - Collaborate with management to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. - Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility. - Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. - Work closely with the design and management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, or sales roles. - Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong strategic planning and negotiation abilities. - Ability to prioritize goals, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively. - A proactive, results-driven professional who stays ahead of market trends and industry developments.
