POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional with solid experience in formwork systems and a deep understanding of the construction market in the GCC. You will be responsible for expanding ALTech’s market share in the UAE and broader MENA region through strategic sales, client relationship management, and project support.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales or business development in formwork, scaffolding, or construction equipment
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC construction market and tendering processes
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
✅ Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the client base for formwork systems in the construction sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Prepare technical proposals, conduct site visits, and provide product presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
