Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our client team , a leading cosmetics and dermatology brand. This role will involve driving sales growth, expanding our market share, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company’s overall business development efforts in the competitive beauty and skincare industry.
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry players. You will also be responsible for growing the company’s footprint within the B2B and B2C markets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5-7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or dermatology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience working with retail partners, distributors, and B2B relationships.
  • Familiarity with dermatological products and treatments is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cosmetics and skincare market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales performance tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
