The Sales and Business Development Manager & Marketing Division Leader plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and customer experience targets. This position manages all aspects of sales development, customer experience activities, profitable growth and execution of strategic goals. Serving as a key external representative, the role is heavily active in community relations activities, ensuring complete commitment to the Bank’s Core Values.
