Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the driving force behind growing our bookings, events, and corporate partnerships in Leeds, while also supporting our Manchester site. You’ll use your network, creativity, and sales experience to increase bookings and grow our large corporate events.
This role is 360 sales, taking leads, converting enquiries whilst building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure every booking is executed flawlessly so our guests keep coming back.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Booking System – Using our booking system correctly and converting sales and upsells correctly.
  • Owning your patch – You’ll lead pre-booked sales for Leeds and have a hand in Manchester growth.
  • Turning enquiries into events – Drive conversions from private parties to exclusive hires.
  • Making the most of key dates – Plan and sell around seasonal opportunities, big sporting events, and company milestones.
  • Building our corporate game – Grow our corporate client list and keep relationships warm.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse – Review future bookings, identify gaps, and jump on opportunities to fill them.
  • Working with the team – Work closely with our sales/marketing team as well as our operational teams to deliver top-class experiences.
  • Getting creative – Building bespoke events that give us the edge over competitors.
  • Spreading the Point Blank word – Represent us at networking events, meetings, and expos
