Sales Strategy & Execution Generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and manage a healthy sales pipeline. Develop and execute a sales strategy that prioritizes sustainable growth and aligns with company goals. Follow up on major leads, handle rejection, and pursue high-impact opportunities for company growth. Use excellent time management to convert opportunities into long-term clients — with the judgment to know when to walk away from deals that aren’t the right fit. Client Communication & Relationship Building Communicate clearly and persuasively in pitches, calls, meetings, emails, and presentations. Listen actively and prepare thoroughly to understand prospects’ pain points, motivations, and objectives. Build rapport and long-term relationships through strong interpersonal and networking skills. Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contract terms with professionalism and confidence. Proposal & Project Coordination Scope projects effectively, manage client expectations, demonstrate sound judgment, and collaborate seamlessly with production teams. Create compelling business proposals, prepare sales contracts, and negotiate favorable terms. Lead the process for responding to RFPs with city, state and federal government that align with company goals. Industry Knowledge & Marketing Support Quickly develop a solid understanding of video production processes, terminology, and costs. Use content marketing and social media insights to position our services as creative solutions to client problems. Stay current on trends, competitors, and market rates within the video production and marketing industry. Engage with our existing CRM or guide us toward a more comprehensive system for organizing lead generation. Qualifications 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or marketing-related roles. Background in creative services, media, or other intangible products is a plus. Education (Optional but Helpful) Degree or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or film/media studies. Experience 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or a customer experience/marketing-related role. Experience selling a creative service or intangible product is a significant advantage. Education (Optional but Helpful) Background in business, marketing, communications, or film/media studies.
