Description

DESCRIPTION

As the Sales and Business Support Executive, you’ll be a vital part of the growth function, helping to maintain our Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), manage the sales pipeline, coordinate internal and client meetings and assist in planning client events. You’ll also help drive the tender processes and contribute to the development of client-ready sales assets. This role plays a crucial part in helping us in driving the overall growth of Amber.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident in driving improvements through your day-to-day work and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality support that enables the team to focus on growth.

Responsibilities
  • Management of contracting activities once terms are agreed between Amber and its customers.
  • Follow-on contract management such as procurement contracts required to launch Ambers management.
  • Support the business development function to maintain salesforce.
  • Run reports for exceptions and support the team in updating any inaccurate records.
  • Provide insights into the quality of the pipeline to help us improve results.
  • Prepare and revise proposals, SLAs, sales materials, presentations, and RFP/tender submissions as required to support the team. This could be on the smaller repeat proposals rather than bespoke nature or RFP bids where you will play a supporting role as required. Coordinate information gathering.
  • Assist in planning and executing client events and engagement activities.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team leaders.
  • Over time, and once core responsibilities above are mastered, begin to take ownership of a small number of lower-value or less complex client accounts and opportunities.
