Job Description The Graduate Sales & Commercial Management Associate will support the sales and commercial teams in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and improving commercial performance. This role is designed to develop graduates into future commercial leaders through hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to key business functions. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end sales, commercial and partly acquisition topics for strategic customer accounts. Support the sales manager towards detailed business plans, including commercial milestones and monthly tracking as directed within the business division. Manage internal and external expectations and build strong, trusted relationships through regular updates and transparent communication. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops with support teams for sales and commercial topics. Track internal commercial KPIs and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline. Essential: Strong verbal and written communication Confident presenting ideas and persuading others Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Interest in sales, negotiation, and revenue growth Time management and ability to prioritise Basic IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, MS Office) Desirable: Awareness of market trends, competitors, and customer needs Self-motivation and ambition to progress in a commercial role Adaptability in fast-paced or target-driven environments Additional Information This is a 23-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.
