Description

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, or a related field. Additional certifications in contract management, commercial law, or business development would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or similar role, preferably in facilities management or similar industry within the UAE.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales leadership role within the facilities management sector in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, with experience in managing tenders and driving revenue growth.
  • Prior experience in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts is essential.
  • Sound understanding of MEP services, integrated facilities management (IFM), and preferably fit-out/ad-hoc works.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to represent the company confidently to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams across sales, technical, and commercial functions.
  • High level of commercial awareness and the ability to develop customized commercial strategies in line with client requirements.
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable with accountability and managing multiple priorities
  • Hands-on approach – willing to roll up sleeves to achieve objectives
  • Strong network within the UAE FM or real estate sectors
