Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our hotel. You will be responsible for implementing creative strategies to achieve revenue targets, build brand awareness, and position our hotel as a leading destination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement comprehensive sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online marketing, and relationship building.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s marketing budget.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and content to promote the hotel’s offerings and unique selling points.
  • Build strong relationships with key travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and securing bookings.
  • Oversee the hotel’s social media presence and implement engaging content strategies.
