We are looking for a new colleague to join us in this newly created role as Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist for Italy. The position will be based at our office in Milano or Padova.
We are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading. AutoProff was established in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading.

  • You’ve got experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in the automotive or a related industry.
  • You love meeting people, building trust, and creating win-win relationships.
  • You’re organized and proactive, ready to manage multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
  • You’ve got a knack for understanding data and using it to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our new Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the face of AutoProff for many of our prospects and customers. Your focus will be on selling our products and building strong, lasting relationships and keeping our customers engaged and active on our platform.

LET’S DIVE INTO YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact prospects by both telephone and email.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
  • Use databases, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they remain active and engaged with AutoProff.
  • If needed conduct regular in-person visits or via zoom call with customers across Italy to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Work hand in hand with Digital Car Trading Specialist to ensure customer engagement.
  • Provide tailored solutions to help customers succeed and maximize their experience on our platform.
  • Report weekly sales goals and objectives to direct Manager.
