QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in a sales environment
  • 1+ years in a customer service or administrative environment
  • Current Standard First Aid Award
  • Acceptable police check for vulnerable sector

THE SKILL SET

  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Jack Rabbit registration software.
  • Adapt to system/process changes and challenges
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Communication: Communicates in a thorough, clear and timely manner to support information sharing.
  • Concern for Health and Safety: Acknowledges and understands how to manage and educate others of risk and harm reduction.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Develops new ways or adapts existing ideas to help achieve desired result

Responsibilities

1. SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively approach clients to promote swim sessions, programs, and additional services.
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and highlight the benefits of Davina’s Swim House programs.
  • Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to convert inquiries into registrations.
  • Motivate existing clients to re-enroll and upsell additional swim programs or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by tracking progress and identifying opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and share feedback on client preferences.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Process in-person and phone registrations. Monitor Parent Portal and web registrations to ensure accuracy and process payments.
  • Ensure all logbooks are accurately maintained, including customer concerns, phone inquiries, and operational logs.
  • Answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner. Manage time-sensitive matters efficiently and proactively.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues as they arise, addressing administrative matters and client concerns with professionalism.
  • Update aquatic staff with changes in a timely fashion and keep management informed of relevant concerns or issues.
  • Share pertinent information with other Davina’s Swim House locations.
