THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at our head office in Old Dalby. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support across all our brands.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on staying busy, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to be part of a growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Answer incoming calls, helping customers with product advice, orders, and enquiries
• Monitor live chat and support tickets with timely responses
• Assist walk-in customers with counter sales and friendly advice
• Escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager where needed
• Respond to customer reviews to uphold brand reputation
• Handle after-sales queries with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Process orders, update customer records, and handle admin tasks
• Keep customers informed with regular updates about their orders
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet targets and ensure a great experience
