We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. If you possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
Customers are always at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for being their first point of contact throughout their Puddle Ducks journey.

Proven sales background (essential).
Self- starter with proven experience of working autonomously (essential).
