Description:

We supply quality mobility and rehabilitation equipment that enhances independence and comfort for disabled individuals right across the country. Our team of caring healthcare and technical professionals offer extensive expertise focused on delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
Working as part of a small team you will help provide valuable support to customers and sales consultants within the business. The team work together to ensure an efficient process flow from first contact through to completion.

Day to day work will include:

  • Managing the workshop and engineers’ diaries
  • Helping to set up new service record system and implementing process for ongoing record keeping
  • Proactively booking appointments for onsite and in-house services
  • Receiving incoming calls and greeting customers for workshop appointments
  • Maintaining regular communication with the workshop team
  • Raising quotes, sales orders and purchase orders as required. Ensuring all are raised in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all service and call out appointments are invoiced on completion and payment status is accurately recorded
  • Ensuring that all enquiries are communicated and followed through as appropriate
  • Taking card payments by phone and processing orders once payment received
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required·

The role is based in our offices in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire. The full time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday but we will also accept applications for a part time role of at least 20 hours per week. Free parking is provided and the location is easily accessible from Witney, Oxford, Woodstock and surrounding areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
