Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

As a Sales and Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a vital role in our Commercial team. Your focus? Delivering top-tier customer service and sales support for our Building Products division.

You’ll:

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries
  • Price, chase, and win orders
  • Process incoming orders, including through our new Ecommerce platform
  • Track orders and liaise with internal teams from quote through to delivery
  • Provide technical support to ensure the right products reach the right customers
  • Work with transport and operations to coordinate smooth, on-time deliveries
