• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for cars and automotive services is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be the face of H20 Car Valeting, ensuring every customer enjoys a fantastic journey with us. You will also be responsible for up-selling our premium car valeting packages to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

• Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our car valeting packages and upsell higher-tier services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to reflect the high standards of H20 Car Valeting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
