- Assist customers by answering their inquiries, providing product information, and preparing quotes

- Process customer orders received by phone, email, fax, and online portal

- Follow up on pending orders and keep customers informed of their status

- Proactively communicate with customers about their orders and record relevant information

- Maintain accurate and well-organized customer files

- Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer information

- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer requests and ensure a positive customer experience

What we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of customer service experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Customer-focused approach and strong follow-up skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- An interest in cars or the automotive industry is considered an asset
