Position: Sales & Customer Service Representative
Location: CRESTLAWN DRIVE, MISSISSAUGA
Do you love meeting people, solving problems, and turning ideas into reality? Our print & design shop is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Superstar to help us bring creativity to life for weddings, events, and businesses.
we need YOU to help us spread the word and take care of our amazing clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly face (and voice!) for customers in-store, online, and at events.
  • Help clients choose the right print + signage solutions (and get them excited about their projects ).
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and keep orders moving smoothly from start to finish.
  • Build long-lasting relationships so customers keep coming back for more.
  • Team up with our design & production crew to make sure deadlines are met.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to attract new clients and showcase our work.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell products & services (because who doesn’t love an upgrade?).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (bonus if it’s in print/graphics/events).
  • Outgoing personality + excellent communication skills (people person alert ).
  • Organized, detail-loving, and deadline-driven.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace , or adobe is a great PLUS ADVANTAGE.
  • Thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
  • Positive vibes, team spirit, and genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

This is full time job MONDAY - FRIDAY,
