SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company, is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to lead our sales team as a full-time Sales Manager. The successful candidate will lead the U Pull R Parts sales team by providing training, guidance, and mentorship while focusing on excellent customer service and working toward meeting sales goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with our site manager and staff to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to meeting sales goals to drive the overall success of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience: History of retail sales & management, demonstrating track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills: Effectively guide and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills: Interact effectively with customers, employees, and management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities: Able to resolve issues and make effective choices quickly
  • Ability to analyze sales data: Able to make informed business decisions
  • Customer service skills: Able to handle customer questions and complaints professionally
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies: Able to effectively promote products and drive sales
  • Manage budgets and control expenses: Able to track revenue/expenses to ensure profitability

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and develop strategies to boost revenue
