• English Fluency: Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Sales & Marketing Experience: Some background in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Customer Communication: Able to communicate professionally with customers in all settings—face-to-face, via phone, email, and text.
• Computer & IT Skills: Possess basic computer literacy and general IT competence.
• Professional Demeanor: Polite, calm-headed, and composed, especially in customer-facing situations.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Punctuality: Must be punctual and adhere to office hours.
• Phone Communication: Comfortable and professional when speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales & Quoting: General experience with sales processes and preparing quotes is an asset.
