Job Description:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while also driving sales revenue through effective communication and relationship-building. You will primarily engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products, services, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
· Follow up with customers after events or promotions to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
· Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to customers.
· Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles preferred.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Comfortable and confident in handling phone conversations with customers.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
