IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the full-time Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting productivity targets. Please note that this position requires working onsite from our Montreal office in QC.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be available to work a 37.5-hour schedule per week
  • Excellent communication skills in English or French or Chinese.
  • For French and Chinese-speaking candidates: English language is an asset but not required
  • Customer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions.
  • Sales-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities to offer products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Experience in handling objections and turning potential rejections into successful sales.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable promoting products or services in a customer-focused manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doit être disponible pour travailler un horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en anglais ou en français ou en chinois.
  • Pour les candidats francophones et sinophones : L’anglais est un atout mais n’est pas obligatoire.
  • Orientation client, attitude positive, empathie et bonne capacité d’écoute.
  • Solides compétences en matière de persuasion et de négociation, avec la capacité d’influencer les décisions des clients.
  • Esprit orienté vers la vente, avec une attention particulière à l’identification des opportunités d’offrir des produits et des services qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
  • Expérience de la gestion des objections et de la transformation des refus potentiels en ventes réussies.
  • Capacité à atteindre les objectifs de vente et à travailler dans un environnement axé sur les performances.
  • Être à l’aise pour promouvoir des produits ou des services d’une manière axée sur le client.
