JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Support person. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This role involves interacting between customers and salesperson, providing support to create product offerings, estimates and processing the orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with excel and Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

Responsibilities
  • answering the phone periodically and assisting clients periodically in the showroom
  • responding to emails
  • updating and adding to client prospect lists, and email them and ADD to constant contact
  • Follow up with potential customers that we created estimates for that didn’t move forward.
  • Maintain and update client list, and gift list
  • coordinate with shipping to send out client gifts
  • coordinate with shipping delivery of orders from decorators
  • update constant contact and deal with bounces
  • assist salesperson with researching of products for clients
  • assist salesperson with preparation of pricing worksheets and estimates.
  • working with the art department to prepare mock-ups
  • proofing Virtual proofs with clients
  • preparing purchase orders to suppliers
  • compare purchase orders with supplier invoices for accuracy
  • running client credit cards
  • occasional helping clients in the showroom
