JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently growing and need a responsible individual to fill a sales/design associate position at our St. Catharines store. Join a local business with over 15 years in the community. If you have energy, drive and willingness to learn we have the support system to help you succeed!

• Identify customers who need help or have a problem by asking open ended questions
• Providing customers with information on tile, backsplash, flooring, bathroom vanities, kitchens and more.
• Assisting customers with design suggestions or helping customers match photos they bring in for inspiration
• Writing up receipts/special orders and taking payment
• Answering phones
• Tagging deliveries and notifying customers when their products have arrived
• Helping customers carry tile samples to their car (ability to lift 25lbs.)
• Assisting in keeping the store neat and tidy
  Experience is an asset but not a must. If you have a knack for interior design or kitchen & bathroom reno experience we would love to hear from you
  Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
