QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in basic numeracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
  Experience in customer service is a must. If you have a knack for interior design or kitchen & bathroom renovation experience we would love to hear from you!

• Welcoming customers with a smile, assisting with needs and creating an overall positive experience
• Assisting customers with design suggestions or helping customers match photos they bring in for inspiration
• Willingness to understand and develop product knowledge and effectively provide customers with information on product - tile, backsplash, flooring, bathroom vanities, faucets, etc.
• Accurately complete basic math calculations Ex. Calculating tax, applying square footage calculations to different scenarios
• Writing up invoices and taking payment
• Answering phones and assisting with inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
