Specialist Sales is a well-established independent rural merchandise business that supplies
products Australia-wide. Established in 2003, Specialist Sales is an expanding business based in Toowoomba and is now seeking a passionate and dedicated person to fill the full-time role of Sales & Engagement Lead.

REQUIREMENTS:

If you are passionate about the rural industry and want to join an innovative and fast-growing team with room for growth, we want to talk to you. You should ideally possess:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, e-commerce, agricultural sales, or

related fields.

• Preference for a university degree in business, agribusiness, agriculture, or a similar

discipline.

• Proven track record in sales with strong communication, organisational, and creative

problem-solving skills.

• High-level IT skills, including experience with CRM, ERP, or accounting systems.
• Ability to evaluate performance and propose strategies.
• A background in agriculture (desirable) and/or a genuine interest in the sector

(essential).

• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, lead initiatives, and drive results.
