Location: Alexander Stadium, Birmingham, B42 2LR
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (mostly Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends during events)
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum + excellent benefits

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Promote and secure a wide range of events, from athletics to corporate functions
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, from enquiry through to post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate logistics and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality event delivery
  • Manage bookings, update sales systems, handle invoicing and reporting accurately, and support with ad hoc tasks


    • Attend networking events and client meetings to generate leads and grow business

    • Support the stadium’s reputation as a first-class destination for events
